In this phase we :

  • Gather all the client business information included but not limited to: offer, existing online presence (websites, social media), online and local competition, market segment.
  • Audit the existing website, sales funnel and advertising campaigns ( Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager – if applicable) and perform a thorough digital market analysis of the competition. We ask a lot of questions and document each answer in a Customer Analysis and Strategy Document. 

This is done via email, phone calls and in person meetings when applicable.

Strategy Planning.

Based on the information gathered in the audit phase and the client’s requests, we generate and propose a customized digital marketing strategy that includes one or more, but is not limited to the following services:

  • Web Services (Website Design, Domain Name, Hosting Options, Email Accounts)
  • Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Social Media Presence (Facebook, Instagram , LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Digital Marketing : Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads
  • Special Customization : Customer Management Systems, Content Management Systems and other
  • Order Online Capabilities, Schedule Online, Book Appointments, Calendar of Events.

We review the strategy proposal with the client and they choose the combination that better fits their needs and budget.

We schedule periodic review meetings to make sure our clients are happy with the work in progress and make adjustments on the way.
